I work relationally and integratively. I offer a compassionate and collaborative space for clients experiencing overthinking, anxiety, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm or feeling disconnected from themselves.
I work with clients facing a wide range of emotional, relational and life difficulties, including trauma, while recognising that every person experiences and processes the world differently.
Together, we explore the deeper patterns, relationships and protective responses that may sit underneath present struggles, helping to build greater understanding, emotional regulation, awareness and self-compassion.
My approach supports clients in moving beyond self-judgement toward greater self-awareness, self-compassion and connection with themselves. Alongside reflection and insight, I also pay attention to how emotions and experiences are held within the body, creating space to process thoughts, feelings and nervous system responses more fully. I see therapy as a space where all parts of you are welcome — including the parts that feel hidden, conflicted or difficult to explain.
Rather than trying to “fix” you, therapy with me is about creating safety, understanding and space for growth — whether you are struggling with anxiety, overthinking, a strong inner critic, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm or feeling disconnected from yourself. Together, we work toward greater integration, self-awareness and a more authentic way of being.
