Effective Couples Psychotherapy for Lasting Connection

Couples therapy offers a supportive space to explore the patterns, dynamics and emotional experiences within your relationship. I work relationally and integratively. 

Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, disconnection, overthinking, criticism, withdrawal, difficulty communicating or after infidelity. Together, we explore the deeper emotions, attachment patterns and protective responses that may sit underneath these struggles, creating greater awareness, emotional regulation and understanding within the relationship.

My approach also pays attention to how emotions are experienced within the body and nervous system, helping couples slow down reactive patterns and connect more authentically with themselves and each other. I aim to create a space where both people feel heard, respected and able to bring forward the parts of themselves that may feel hidden, misunderstood or difficult to express.

Rather than focusing on blame or “fixing” one another, couples therapy with me is about building safety, connection and insight, supporting healthier communication, deeper emotional and physical intimacy and a more authentic relationship.
